Open Access Publishing

The Library supports researchers to publish openly. Open access publication can expand the visibility and reach of your research. It also increases the opportunity to generate impact and to grow your citations.

Many funders now require publications to be made open access. The Library can support you with this but please contact us as early as possible, especially if your paper is acknowledging UK Research & Innovation, Wellcome Trust, Cancer Research UK or British Heart Foundation funding.
