Transitioning at Work
The Transitioning at Work Policy [PDF 252.73KB] sets out the 麻豆传媒’s support for staff who wish to transition while employed at Sussex and commitment to provide a working environment where an individual feels that all members of the 麻豆传媒 are valued and supported. Staff should also read our Transitioning at Work: Guidance for Staff and Managers when consulting the policy.
This policy and the associated guidance are under review in light of the Supreme Court judgement in For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers.
